birthday dinner at Dee and Tim's

Miss Evelyn and her many outfits. The night *started* with her passed
out on the couch, sippy across her chest. Irish Car bombs, yummy
chicken and grilled vegees, AWESOME brownies and Oberwies Ice Cream
cake, a bunch of wine, and happy kids having a great time. And even a
picture of Vikki! Woot! We had such fun! Thanks Dee & Tim, Linda,
John & Mary Jo, Vikki - for making my birthday so special. The kids
had SO MUCH FUN!

Uncle Ernie visits, the Zoo,storm on the prairie, "the hat" and the bee

make your silliest faces! Evelyn was in to hats this weekend. Chef
hat, caution cone ... Bees apparently like bacon and eggs. Partly
cloudy with a chance of hail, Dru helping sis into baby pool, the
lions, Evelyn holding on tight to the carousel.

all the kids were kind of tired from long weekends yesterday. Dee's
kids came over so she could get some stuff done at her house, they
played outside until the bugs got too bad (Ernie - the bunny hunter,
engaging Addison and Avery to do the same) ... when the movie was
done, I brought them to the horse farm adjacent to our house. they
all loved it -- especiallly all the babies in the foal barn - they
were DEFINITELY ready to go outside and run. Barbie and Princess are
so pretty - and the Mares loved the kids.

this is what happens when you go past our exit about 80 miles. Nice.
Not sure what my favorite part was. Lots of fun. Fishing, cooking on
the grill, campfire, mini golf, picnics each day. Life is good. (oh,
and a movie on Sunday. ToyStory 3).
