While Evelyn and I were at a pool party for one of her girly friends, Gene brought the boys golfing.  This picture tells the story!  Younger brother apparently landed his ball squarely in the middle of the drink.  Kerplunk.

2013 Chip, Putt, Drive PGAkids contest

The boys had a blast at their first PGA event. The finals will be
held at the Masters, next year. Our boys will not be there, though
they played their hearts out. Evelyn was there for support, as always.
Such a good little sister.

Happy day! The park appears to have reopened (after devastating floods
to the area just a couple of months ago). The kids don't seem to
notice any changes, that's for sure! Oh how these kids adore each
other! Warms you heart!

Like a blink of an eye the last 10 years have gone by. Wow. It's
unbelievable! My baby will be TEN tomorrow. Not a long time in child

The babies! They're hungry!

I was feeding my kids outside today and we all got a treat - watching
mom feed her hungry chicks!

Could this boy get any cuter? And who sent out the memo that it was
national, "get your kid new sneakers" weekend? LOL. The boys were so
cute at the bus stop this morning. So stinkin' cute!!

This year we have at least 3 robin nests. One on the back patio, over
the light. Another outside our bedroom window, like that "scratch
scratch scratch" spider video from a few months ago, another outside
the office in the yews. The fourth is likely over the garage, as we
found an egg that didn't fledge well last week.

Gene and the mama have been eyeing each other, particularly when he
grills. He grabbed these pics, mostly for the kids. I thought I'd
share them with you too!
